Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship via reputed courier partners.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Metro cities: 3-5 business days

    • Other cities and rural areas: 5-10 business days

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount.

4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS/email.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • Delays may occur due to external factors (weather, courier issues).

  • If an order is not received within the estimated time, contact us for assistance.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos. We will assess and provide a replacement or refund if eligible.

7. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
